Decr. no. 196/03 "treatment of personal data", WEISSHAUSERHOF informs you that the details provided by yourselves will only be used for purposes closely related and instrumental to the supply of the services pursuant to this request, as well as for purposes relating to the company’s business such as: market analysis, statistical analysis, promotion and offers of the company’s products and services, information and invitations. In any case, the furnisher may, at any moment add to, correct or erase his or her data by writing to info@weishauserhof.it.

WEISSHAUSERHOF may, where necessary, transmit the information gathered to other parties, natural persons or corporations, solely for the purposes for which the information was collected as indicated above. The data will not be distributed.

You are informed that it is NOT obligatory to provide this information. But any refusal to provide your own personal details will make it impossible for WEISSHAUSERHOF to provide the services on offer.

The data will be processed via computerised and paper means and using procedures guaranteed to ensure its confidentiality, integrity and availability, in accordance with the provisions of the Leg. Decr. 196/03 in relation to the minimum security measures required for the use of personal data pursuant to articles 31-36, together with appendix “B” of the same decree.

The data holder of the personal details is WEISSHAUSERHOF, Weisshausweg 2, I-39057 EPPAN (BZ), against whom the interested party may exercise his/her rights, indicated below, pursuant to Leg. Decr. no. 196/03 at any time:

1. to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal details regarding him/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form;
2. to obtain an indication of the origin of the personal details, the purposes and methods of use, the system applied if processed via electronic means, the identification details of the data holder, the persons in charge and the representative appointed pursuant to article 5, subsection 2 of the Leg. Decr. 196/03, of parties or categories of parties to whom the personal details may be communicated or who may become aware of said details in their capacity as designated representative within the state, persons in charge or authorised persons;
3. obtain the updating, correction or, if applicable, integration of the information, its cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of information processed in breach of the law, including information which is not required to be stored in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed;
4. for certification that the operations pursuant to clause 3) above have been brought to the attention of those to whom the information was transmitted or distributed, also with regard to their content, except where such obligation is impossible or involves a use of means which is manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected;
5. to oppose, in full or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal information regarding him/her, even if relevant to the purposes of collection, as well as the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for market research or business communications.
